2. Appointments & Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone, or in person. Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability.
Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

 3. Memberships

Our memberships provide exclusive benefits, priority bookings, and special pricing on select services.
Cancellation Policy:Memberships may be canceled within 3 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been utilized.

4. Payments

* Payments for all services and memberships must be completed at the time of booking or appointment.
* We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other approved payment methods.

5. Refund Policy

* Refunds are applicable only for memberships canceled within 3 days of purchase (if unused).
* No refunds will be issued for completed services.

6. Personal Information

We collect and use personal information solely to provide and enhance our services. Your privacy is important to us, and we do not share your data without consent, except as required by law.

7. Health & Safety

We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation to ensure a safe luxury experience. Clients are requested to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to their service.

8. Client Conduct

We expect all clients to treat our team and fellow guests with courtesy and respect. The Polished Luxury Salon reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

9. Liability

The Polished Luxury Salon is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or adverse effects arising from services provided, except in cases of proven negligence.

10. Modifications to Terms

The Polished Luxury Salon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of significant changes where applicable.
